Configure Store Card / Loyalty Pass Distribution Options

Members must have a way to download your Store Card or Loyalty Pass to their digital wallets. Typically, distribution of Wallet Passes is managed by means of a webpage, referred to as a "landing page." This landing page can be:

  • Created and hosted by Zeta Global.

  • Created and hosted by you within your own web server. Zeta's Professional Services can assist your IT personnel with this process as part of the initial setup.

  • Created and hosted as a webpage within the Grow platform. A technical resource from your organization can perform this step, or you can request Zeta's Professional Services team to perform this step on your behalf.

  • Created and hosted as a Content Page within the Loyalty platform. A technical resource from your organization can perform this step, or you can request Zeta's Professional Services team to perform this step on your behalf.

The Distribution tab of the Wallet Pass Details screen is used to select a landing page for this Wallet Pass, only if this landing page was built as a Content Page within Loyalty.

To select a Content Page to use as the Wallet Pass landing page:

  1. Select Campaigns from the top navigation bar, then select Wallet Passes from the side navigation menu. The Wallet Passes screen is displayed.

  2. Optionally enter a text string in the Search field, then click the Search icon. The platform filters the screen to only Wallet Passes that have that text string anywhere within the Display Name or Internal Name.

  3. Click the desired Wallet Pass. The Wallet Pass Details screen is displayed, with the Apple tab selected by default.

  4. Select the Distribution tab.

  5. From the Landing Page drop-down menu, select the desired Content Page.

  6. Click Save.
