View or Edit a Mobile Wallet Pass

Loyalty's Mobile Wallet Pass feature leverages Apple and Google's built-in wallet apps to deliver content, thereby allowing marketers to reach their Members on their devices in a manner similar to Push Notifications, without the expense of creating a branded mobile app.

To view or edit a Mobile Wallet Pass:

  1. Select Campaigns from the top navigation bar, then select Wallet Passes from the side navigation menu. The Wallet Passes screen is displayed.

  2. Optionally enter all or part of the desired Wallet Pass name in the Search field, then click the search button (magnifying glass icon).

  3. Click the desired Wallet Pass. The Wallet Pass Details screen is displayed. The tabs on this screen allow you to view and edit various configuration details.

    • Apple: View the configuration for this Wallet Pass on Apple devices.

    • Google: View the configuration for this Wallet Pass on Google devices.

    • Advanced Options: View various advanced features; the options on this tab will vary depending on the Wallet Pass type.

    • Distribution: If using a Content Page as the landing page, view the selected Content Page.

    • Responses: For published Wallet Passes, view Member activity.

    • Dashboard: For published Wallet Passes, monitor Member responses over time.

  4. Optionally select a tab and make any necessary changes.

  5. To change the high-level information about this Wallet Pass (such as the name or description), click the Edit icon within the header. The Edit Wallet Pass pop-up window is displayed. Make any necessary changes, then click Save.

  6. When finished, click Back to Wallet Passes.
