Use Cases
The Loyalty Essentials Help Center provides a library of Offer-related use cases. These use cases are designed to show how Offer templates can be used to support real-world marketing scenarios. Each use case walks you through the entire process of starting from a base template, making adjustments to the default Offer configuration, and then publishing the final Offer.
