Overview

The Loyalty Essentials Help Center provides a library of Reward-related use cases. These use cases are designed to show how Reward templates can be used to support real-world marketing scenarios. Each use case walks you through the entire process of starting from a base template, making adjustments to the default Reward configuration, and then publishing the final Reward.
