View a Reward

To view the details and configuration properties of a Reward:

  1. Select Rewards from the top navigation bar, then select Rewards > Rewards from the side navigation menu. The Rewards screen is displayed.

  2. Search for and select the desired Reward (see Search for a Reward for more information on the available search options). The Reward Details screen is displayed, with the Definition tab selected by default.

  1. The header and the tabs on this screen allow you to view various configuration details. See below for details on each of these areas.

The header area of the Reward Details screen displays many of the high-level properties of this Reward, including its name, description, status, and effectivity period.

From the header area, you can copy a Reward template to use as the basis for a new Reward. See Create a Reward for more information.

Also from the header area, you can define the effectivity period for the Reward. See Define Reward Operational Periods for more information.

Also from the header area, you can publish , archive , or delete a Reward.

Definition Tab

The Definition tab of the Reward Details screen displays many of the configuration options and properties available for this Reward. The specific properties displayed will vary depending on the selected Reward Type.

Display Tab

The Display Tab of the Reward Details screen allows you to define the content of the Reward as it appears to Members on your website or in your app. See Getting Started with the Content Editor for more information.

Eligibility Tab

The Eligibility tab of the Reward Details screen allows you to target a Reward to only the Members selected by a Segment or at a . See Target a Reward for more information.

Advanced Options Tab

The Advanced Options tab of the Reward Details screen allows you to configure a range of advanced properties related to the Reward. See Configure Reward Advanced Options for more information.

Awards Tab

The Awards tab of the Rewards Detail screen is used to view the Members who have been granted this Reward as an Award. An Award refers to a Reward that was granted to a Member for “free,” without the Member having to spend their Metrics to redeem it. See View Awards for more information.

Responses Tab

The Responses tab of the Reward Details screen is used to view and manage the responses to this Reward.

When a Member redeems a Reward, the platform creates a new asset called a Redemption (sometimes referred to as a Reward Response), and automatically deducts the appropriate number of Metrics, as configured in the Definition tab. The Redemption contains the details and metadata of the Reward, its current status, and expiration (if it has one). See View Redemptions for more information.

Dashboard Tab

The Dashboard tab of the Reward Details screen provides a graphical means of analyzing the responses to this Reward. The Dashboard shows several different metrics, such as Total Views and Total Redeems, along with two bar graphs depicting the number of Views and Redeems per month, over the past twelve months.

Used By Tab

The Used By tab of the Reward Details screen provides a list of other assets within your account that use this Reward.
