Dashboards
Loyalty’s out-of-the-box dashboards enable marketers to get feedback on the performance of the program against target objectives. Loyalty records highly granular member data such as individual email opens and web page clicks, enabling detailed reporting and segmentation. It also aggregates activity into higher-order concepts such as cross-channel conversions, member engagement, and efficacy to facilitate insights and strategic decisions.
All dashboard panels refresh daily through a customizable refresh process, ensuring users' data is consistently up-to-date, more accurate, and timely. Some key features of this refresh functionality include configurable refresh time (during a scheduled refresh, a refresh icon will display to indicate updated data is incoming) and configurable timeout (after a 30-minute timeout, each graph will refresh automatically). After all graphs are refreshed, a success message will appear to confirm the dashboard is updated.
Loyalty Consumer Relationship Cloud’s metrics-driven approach helps to track, measure and improve the value of consumer data and business benefits associated with loyalty and engagement initiatives.
Like most features in Loyalty, access to Dashboards is controlled by a Role. In addition to the common Read, Write, and Admin privileges, the Dashboard Role Permission offers a more granular custom setting for the Read privilege. When this custom setting is enabled, a user with Read privileges can also export a Dashboard (typically, access to exports is limited to Write and Admin privileges). This custom setting is intended for use by data analysts and accountants who need to export Dashboard data, while still maintaining appropriate read-only access controls.
