Campaign Details: Offers

To manually assign the Offers included within this Campaign:

1. Select the manual radio button. 

2. Click add offer, then select one of the following:

• Create Offer: Enter the Offer's display name value, then click create offer. The platform creates a new Offer.

• Browse Offer: Optionally enter all or part of the Offer's name. You can also filter the Offers based on their status (Draft, Published, or Archived). To include an Offer in this Campaign, click the toggle switch next to the Offer. Repeat this step as needed, then click add selected. When finished, click close.

Note: Only Offers that have not previously been manually assigned to another Campaign are available to be manually added to this Campaign. That is, you can't manually add the same Offer to multiple Campaigns.

3. To remove an Offer from the Campaign, click on the Offer to select it. The panel along the right-hand side of the screen displays the Offer properties. Within this panel, click remove.

View options

To modify the display mode for the selected Offers:

1. By default, the Offers you selected above are displayed in "Icon" mode on the Campaign Detail screen. Optionally, you can change the display mode to "List" mode, or you can select a layout template.

2. To filter the Offers, enter a text string in the search field, then press Enter. The platform displays only the Offers that contain this text string within the Offer's display name.

3. You can rearrange the sequence that the Offers are displayed on the screen by dragging an Offer and dropping it into its desired new location. Please note that rearranging the order of the Offers in this way will change their Offer rank values.

Note: The Rank of the Offer is important. If you have a Member that could be eligible for multiple Offers in your Campaign, they will see just the highest ranked Offer. Should the Member redeem that Offer, within the next message they will see the next highest ranked Offer for which they are eligible.

Edit offer properties

The Offers tab allows you to edit some of the properties of an Offer right from the Campaign Details screen, without having to navigate to the Offer Details screen.

1. Click the desired Offer to select it. The panel along the right-hand side of the screen displays the Offer properties, including its rank.

2. Witin the panel, click into the desired Offer property field, and select or enter the desired value. Click the Save icon to save the changes. You can also change the Offer status using the Status toggle buttons.

Note: Not all Offer properties can be edited directly from the Campaign Details screen. For some properties, you will need to edit the Offer from the Offer Details screen. To jump directly to the Offer Details screen for the selected Offer, click its name within the right-hand panel.

For Campaigns with many Offers, adding each Offer manually can be a time-consuming process. The best practice in this scenario is to assign consistent Tags or Categories to the desired Offers, then add the Offers to the Campaign based on the Tag and / or Offer Category.

1. Select the including matching offers radio button. Please note that if you have manually added Offers to this Campaign, those Offers will be removed when you switch to this option.

2. Select an operator:

• Match All of the Following: This option functions as an AND operator, meaning the Offer must meet all the Tag / Offer Category selections defined below.

• Match Any of the Following: This option functions as an OR operator, meaning the Offer must meet any of the Tag / Offer Category selections defined below.

• Match all Except the Following: This option functions as a NOT operator, meaning the Offer must not match any of the Tag / Offer Category selections defined below.

3. Optionally, click into the Offer Categories field. From the list Offer Categories, select the desired Category. Repeat this step as needed. 

4. Optionally, click into the Tag field. From the list of existing Tag values, select the desired Tag. Repeat this step as needed. 

Note: Only Offers that have not previously been manually assigned to another Campaign are available to be added to this Campaign.
