Note that this first release of Marigold Moments supports the integration between Marigold Moments and Engage+, for the abandoned use cases (abandon cart, booking, game, survey and browse). This requires journeys and corresponding assets in Engage+.
Need help with search?
- All topic titles and content are searched for the keyword(s). For example : create moment shows all topics containing the word 'create' or the word 'moment'.
- To search on a specific string (combination of words), use double quotes. For example : "create moment" shows all topics containing the string 'create moment'.
- The + symbol is non-searchable text. It counts as an operator to search for multiple words. For example: Engage+filter will search for the words Engage and filter.
- If you need to limit the results to a specific context, simply select a search filter from the drop-down to the right of the search box.
