Custom reports are one of the key functionalities of Selligent Reporting. The user creates their own reports and decides what components and which data are included. These components provide charts or grids based on one or more journeys, one or multiple emails and pages, forms, etc.
When first entering the Custom reports, all custom reports currently available are listed.
A series of predefined filters in the tree on the left narrow down the list of custom reports to a specific scope. The scope of a custom report determines where the report will be available and what data is returned.
Click a custom report in a list to access the report definition and make modifications.
