No Purchases Since one Year

Identify your sleepers and re-activate them.

In Campaign, the 1:n profile extension Orders contains a field Order_DT. However, you cannot use order_DT>1year because the contact also might have orders with order_DT within the last year. Therefore,  we will exclude contacts that have at least one order date within the last year.

In CI, we create an aggregate that retrieves the maximum order date.

When this field is stored in the audience list Extension, it will be available in the Campaign the Audience Extension list after the nightly sync where it can be used to create a segment on contacts with this last order date more than one year ago.
