Reporting Introduction

Reporting is available per universe. If you have access to more than one universe, select it from the drop down in the top right corner:

Dashboard — messages and selected reports

Real time view — live visitor activity reports for the last 24 hours.

Visitor insight — reports on visitor behavior (growth, active, online, identified profiles, average visits, etc)

For the above entries, reports are displayed immediately.
For the following entries, Reporting is displayed when the Report is selected from the Status button:

Reporting Segments — reports and configuration

Offers — reports and configuration

Tags — reports and configuration

Cross universe reporting is not provided.
