What’s new in Mobile

Mobile Device Location Targeting in Push/In-App Campaigns

Increase engagement with your push and in-app campaigns by targeting your subscribers at exactly the right time and location. Push / In-App campaigns can now be sent based on a subscriber's mobile device location and timezone. When sending a Push/In-App campaign, you can select the option to "Send based on recipient's local time". With this feature, you can target specific offers or content based on the subscriber's location at the moment without needing a click event to occur. Deepen your relationship with your subscribers by sending the most relevant, timely, and personalized push and in-app messages.

Push / In-App Summary for Triggered Sends

Understanding push and in-app engagement is essential for optimizing your customer experience. The Push / In-App Summary report now includes insight for triggered messages sent via Lifecycle Optimizer.

In the Push / In-App Summary report, you can choose ‘Campaigns’ or ‘Triggered’ to select which report to view or export. You can view all sends by ‘step’ within a time period or filter by specific Lifecycle Optimizer flows.
