mParticle Bidirectional Enhancement

Background

Until recently, our Sailthru integration with the mParticle platform only worked in one direction - receiving event and audience data from mParticle. This limited your ability to use mParticle as your central hub for all subscriber and messaging information. We've heard your requests for a more complete solution that allows data to flow both ways.

Solution

We're excited to announce our bidirectional sync between Sailthru and mParticle! With this enhancement, you can choose if you would like specific campaign and/or triggered event data to sync from Sailthru back to mParticle.

You can select which specific email activities you want to track in mParticle, including:

• Triggered Send / Blast Send

• Email Bounce

• Email Click

• Email Complaint

• Email Open

• Email Subscribe

• Email Unsubscribe

This two-way connection gives you a more complete view of customer interactions across all your platforms, helping you make better-informed marketing decisions. Check the documentation for full details.

Zapier Integration

That's why we're excited to introduce our new Zapier integration, which allows you to connect Sailthru with the other apps your tech stack.

Solution

Our new Zapier integration gives you a self-service way to create smooth, no-code connections between Sailthru and your other apps. With just a few clicks, you can set up automated workflows that save you time and reduce manual work.

You can now:

• Trigger lists (triggers when there is a new list created in Sailthru)

• Create or update a customer profile in Sailthru

• Send a custom event to Sailthru (to be used with Lifecycle Optimizer)
