Lifecycle Optimizer will soon see clearer, more helpful metrics that reduce confusion with the current state, and give marketers better insight into the performance of their flows.
Solution
Marketers will have the ability to filter send actions, by real engagement only (email only at this time). This will remove NHI (Non Human Interaction) activity from opens and clicks to give marketers additional real reporting insight of engagement by template.
