BACKGROUND:

Custom Attributes provide a powerful and flexible way to collect and store rich, device-level data about your customers for more precise segmentation and targeting through Push and In-App messages.

SOLUTION:

With the new Push / In-App Custom Attributes filter in Sailthru’s Audience Builder, you can now directly target devices and users based on the Custom Attributes you define. This helps you boost engagement by delivering more relevant messages to your tailored segments of app users.

Supported data types include string, boolean, number, and date, giving you the flexibility to build highly custom app audiences within the Sailthru core platform.

Note: Support for data type ‘arrays’ is coming soon.
