Add a Forward Handler

Forward Handlers are used to automate the process of forwarding recipient replies to an individual or group. Within Distributed Marketing, when creating a Mailing, you can optionally select a Forward Handler to use for that Mailing. The Forward Handler must first be created in Cheetah Digital (see Forwarding Handlers for more information), then added to your Distributed Marketing account, to make it available for selection.

To add a Forward Handler to Distributed Marketing:

  1. From the User Details drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the screen, select Admin. The Administration window is displayed.

  2. From the tool bar at the top of the Administration window, click Settings. The Settings screen is displayed, with the Folder tab selected by default.

  3. Select the Forward Handler tab.

  4. Click Create New Forward Handler. The Add Forward Handler pop-up window is displayed and populated with all Forward Handlers in your Cheetah Digital account.

  1. Optionally, search for a Forward Handler by entering a text string in the Search field.

  2. Click the name of a Forward Handler to select it. Repeat this process as needed to select additional Forward Handlers.

  3. Click Close.
