SMS Single Campaign Dashboard

Real time analytics provide marketers with the ability to measure and review what is currently happening with their SMS campaigns. Data is shown in real-time and the dashboards include consolidated multi-campaign as well as single campaign reports, providing insights on engagement, delivery, location based stats and link activity.

Reports

Each dashboard provides insights on engagement, delivery, location based stats and link activity, depending on the reports available.

Each report is divided into sections, which group related metrics, and charts, to allow you to visualize performance data.

The Single Campaign SMS dashboard includes the following three types of reports:

  • Engagement and Delivery
  • Links and Replies
  • Realtime

Engagement and Delivery report

The Engagement and Delivery report provides marketers with insights on how well their campaign is doing and if it is creating engagement. Are your SMS reaching the intended audience, are customers opening your emails and are they engaged with your content, are they clicking through?

This report includes the following widgets:

The KPI Summary dashboard provides key engagement statistics for the selected campaign:

  • Messages sent: number of messages were sent out
  • Messages delivered: how many of the messages sent, have actually been delivered without bounce
  • Unique click rate: percentage of the recipients who have clicked on a link in the Campaign
  • Opt-out rate: percentage of the recipients opted-out in the Campaign
  • Unique reply rate: percentage of the receipients who have replied to a Campaign at least once

Engagement by date widget provides a view of how engagement, such as clicks, replies, opt-outs, and messages sent, varied over time for your campaign, helping you identify trends.

Access report provides a chart showing how your campaign activities, such as clicks and opens, were distributed across different device types and operating systems.

Delivery Summary widget offers a quick view of how many messages were successfully delivered.

Links and Replies report

Response Summary widget helps you understand how well the campaign drove engagement, such as web traffic or replies, during the selected time period.

  • Click Rate: The percentage of delivered messages that resulted in one or more link clicks

  • Unique click rate: The percentage of delivered messages that resulted in at least one contact clicking a link

  • Unique reply rate: The percentage of delivered messages that resulted in at least one contact replying

Responses over time widget is a time line of click and reply activities showing how these activity vary over the selected time period.

Detailed replies summary shows the popular keywords used in replies so that you can trace them back to your campaigns.

If you are interested in click behavior for individual links, the table view Detailed Link Performance is provided, showing per individual link the number of clicks versus unique clicks.

Realtime report

This report provides live engagement reporting (SMS sent, bounced, clicked, replied and opted-out) and show how respondents are engaging with your campaign in real time. The graph shows live information within a time frame of less than a minute.
