API

Program API Create Import Documentation Updated

We’ve updated the Program API documentation related to operations available for Import objects such as Create, Retrieve, and Start Import. These are equivalent to operations that can be performed in the Loyalty administration console when navigating to Admin > Integrations > Imports.

APTOS API Enhancement: Exact Match for Phone Number Lookups

We are pleased to announce an improvement to our member record lookup functionality for the APTOS API:

  • New Capability: Exact Match Phone Number Lookups
  • Purpose: To reduce the likelihood of long response times and timeout errors
  • Benefit: Faster and more reliable member record retrieval

Previously, when performing a member record lookup using only a phone number, some searches experienced long response times, occasionally resulting in call timeouts. This issue was specific to phone number searches and did not affect lookups using other parameters.

To address this, we have updated the API to support Exact Match Phone Number lookups. This enhancement is expected to improve the speed and reliability of phone number-based searches.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a status filter issue in Import Definition where 'Failed' jobs were not displayed despite being visible under 'Any Status'.

  • Resolved issue where the sl_submitter was displaying Admin ID instead of User Name in Member Merge Activities.

  • Fixed an issue where Order Imports in the new integration import UI failed due to an incompatibility with a recent enhancement for payment line items.

  • Fixed an issue where period options were not showing as available on the Calculate Attribute’s condition panel.

  • Resolved a certificate availability discrepancy where the system incorrectly reported no certificates were available, despite the presence of unused certificates. This resolution ensures Certificate can now be assigned.

  • Fixed an issue where member creation could intermittently create unexpected extraneous member data in Hive, the business analytics data source.

  • Delivered improvements to application security.
