Member Details: Codes Tab

Overview

The Codes tab displays all of the product codes that this Member has registered.

Codes lets Members register purchases by entering product codes. Using Codes is an alternative to receiving a Point of Sale feed from vendors or other integrations. For more information on Codes, please see the Codes screen.     

Features

The features available on the Codes tab are described below. 

Searching and Sorting

Search

The search feature allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Code label or name.

  1. Optionally, in the search field, enter the desired text string.

  2. Optionally, use the two date fields to define a range for "created date."

  3. Optionally, from the "Status" drop-down menu, select a Code response status (or "Any status").  

  4. Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).

  5. The Codes tab is refreshed to show only the Code responses that meet your search criteria. Please note that if you enter multiple search conditions, the platform displays only the Code responses that meet ALL criteria.

  6. To remove all search criteria, click the remove button ("X" icon).

Sort

The "Sort" drop-down menu allows you to sort the Code responses on a variety of different fields. To sort the list of Codes, select the desired sort option from this menu.

  • Created Date (the default option)

  • Updated Date

  • Code Name

Code details

To view additional information about a Code response, optionally search for the Code response as described above, then click on the Code name. The platforms opens the Code Responses screen.
