Campaign Details: Messages

Overview

The Messages tab is used to assign one or more Messages to this Campaign.

This page is only intended for Customers using Loyalty's legacy email platform. 

Features

The features available on the Messages tab are described below. 

Add a Message

To add a Message to this Campaign:

  1. Click add messages.

  2. Select an option:

  • To create a new Message, enter its display name, select a marketing channel, and click create.

  • To use an existing Message, click "Choose from existing Messages." In the pop-up window, select one or more Messages, then click add selected. When finished, click close.

  1. Optionally, to remove a Message, click the Delete icon within the Remove column of the desired Message. Or, to remove all Messages from this Campaign, click remove all.

  2. Optionally, click the Message name to navigate to the Message Details screen.
