Punch Card Details: Responses

Overview

In the context of a Punch Card, a "response" refers to a single punch on a Member's Punch Card. The Responses tab for a Punch Card is used to view the Members who have been issued Punch Cards. The screen shows the Member name, the number of punches needed to complete the card, and the number of punches the Member has currently earned.

Note: A Member can appear on this list more than once if they have more than one Punch Card (for example, a Member completes a Punch Card, then starts a second one).

Searching and Sorting

Search

The search feature allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the following fields: Member first or last name, Member email address, Punch Card type name, or Punch Card type description.

Optionally, in the search field near the top of the Responses tab, enter the desired text string.
Optionally, use the two date fields to define a range for "created date."
Optionally, from the "Status" drop-down menu, select a Punch Card status (or "Any status").
Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).
The Responses tab is refreshed to show only the responses that meet your search criteria.
To remove all search criteria, click the remove button ("X" icon).

Sort

The "Sort" drop-down menu allows you to sort the responses on a variety of different fields. To sort the list of responses, select the desired sort option from this menu.
