Reward Details: Eligibility

Overview

The Eligibility tab for a Reward is used to determine what Segments and Locations are eligible to receive this Reward.

Note: Location eligibility feature is useful only with the Program API endpoints to get Rewards. It is not supported for use with the Member API.

Features

The features available on the Eligibility tab are described below.  

 Select "Include" Segment

The platform allows you to explicitly make this item eligible to consumers in the selected Segment.

  1. In the "Included Segments" section, from the drop-down menu, select the desired Segment.

  2. Click add segment.

  3. Repeat the above steps as needed.

 Select "Exclude" Segment

The platform allows you to select a Segment to explicitly exclude consumers from being eligible for this item.

  1. In the "Excluded Segments" section, from the drop-down menu, select the desired Segment.

  2. Click add segment.

  3. Repeat the above steps as needed.

 Select "Include" Location

The platform allows you to explicitly make this item eligible to consumers in the selected Location.

  1. In the "Included Locations" section, from the drop-down menu, select the desired Location.

  2. Click add location.

  3. Repeat the above steps as needed.

 Select "Exclude" Location

The platform allows you to select a Location to explicitly exclude consumers from being eligible for this item.

  1. In the "Excluded Location" section, from the drop-down menu, select the desired Location.

  2. Click add location.

  3. Repeat the above steps as needed.

Remove a Segment or Location

To remove a Segment or Location from being either explicitly included or excluded:

  1. Within the desired section, to the right of the Segment or Location, click the remove icon.

  2. A confirmation dialog box is displayed. Click confirm.
