Reward Details: Dashboard

Overview

The Dashboard tab provides a graphical means of analyzing the Redemptions for this Reward. The Dashboard depicts two key metrics:

• Views. The number of times that a Reward was viewed.

• Redeems. The number of Reward Redemptions.

The Dashboard shows several different metrics, such as Total Views and Total Redeems, along with two bar graphs depicting the number of Views and Redeems per month, over the past twelve months.

Note: You can view reporting and analytics for all of your Rewards on the Rewards Dashboard screen.
