Member Details: Messages Tab
Overview
The Messages tab displays all of the Messages sent to a Member, as well as any actions taken by the Member in response to the Message, such as opening the email, or clicking on a link.
Using the Loyalty platform, you can deploy Messages to Members such as emails or push notifications. For more information on Messages, including how to manage and create them, please see the Messages screen.
This page is only for customers using legacy Loyalty Messaging,
Features
The features available on the Messages tab are described below.
Searching and Sorting

Search
The search feature allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Message label.

Optionally, in the search field, enter the desired text string.

Optionally, use the two date fields to define a range for "created date."

Optionally, from the "Activity" drop-down menu, select a Message activity (or "Any Activity").

Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).

The Messages tab is refreshed to show only the Messages that meet your search criteria. Please note that if you enter multiple search conditions, the platform displays only the Messages that meet ALL criteria.

To remove all search criteria, click the remove button ("X" icon).
Sort
The "Sort" drop-down menu allows you to sort the Messages on a variety of different fields. To sort the list of Messages, select the desired sort option from this menu.
Message details
To view additional information about a Messages, optionally search for the Messages as described above, then click on the Message name. The platforms opens the Message Details screen in a new browser window.

Resend a Message

To resend a Message to a Member:

Next to the desired Message, click resend. A confirmation dialog box is displayed.

Click confirm.
