Member Details: Gift Cards Tab

Overview

The Gift Cards tab displays all of the Gift Cards linked to the currently selected Member.

The Gift Cards feature in Loyalty lets a brand provision Gift Cards to Members, who can then use the Gift Cards to make purchases in-store and online. Loyalty securely stores Gift Card balances and history. For more information on Gift Cards, including how to manage and create them, please see the Gift Cards screen.

Features

The features available on the Gift Cards tab are described below. 

Searching and Sorting

Search

The search feature allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Gift Card number or name.

  1. Optionally, in the search field, enter the desired text string.

  2. Optionally, use the two date fields to define a range for "created date."

  3. Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).

  4. The Gift Cards tab is refreshed to show only the Gift Cards that meet your search criteria. Please note that if you enter multiple search conditions, the platform displays only the responses that meet ALL criteria.

  5. To remove all search criteria, click the remove button ("X" icon).

Sort

The "Sort" drop-down menu allows you to sort the Gift Cards on a variety of different fields. To sort the list of Gift Cards, select the desired sort option from this menu.

  • Card Number (the default option)

  • Created Date

  • Updated Date

To view additionalMember Details: Documents Tab information about a Gift Card, optionally search for the Gift Card as described above, then click on the Gift Card record. The platform opens the Gift Card Details screen in a new browser window.
