Search

The search feature allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the label or name.

1. Optionally, in the search field, enter the desired text string.

2. Optionally, use the two date fields to define a range for "created date."

3. Optionally, from the "Status" drop-down menu, select an Offer status (or "Any status").  

4. Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).

5. The Offers tab is refreshed to show only the Offer responses that meet your search criteria. Please note that if you enter multiple search conditions, the platform displays only the Offer responses that meet ALL criteria.

6. To remove all search criteria, click the remove button ("X" icon).

Sort

The "Sort" drop-down menu allows you to sort the Offer responses on a variety of different fields. To sort the list of Offer responses, select the desired sort option from this menu.

• Created Date (the default option)

• Updated Date

• Transition Date

• Offer Name

Offer details

To view additional information about an Offer response, optionally search for the Offer as described above, then click on the Offer name. The platforms opens the Offer Details screen.

To post a comment:

1. From the "Action" menu next to the desired item, select "Post to Feed," then select which newsfeed (such as "Main Newsfeed" for example).

To change the status of an Offer response:

1. From the "Action" menu next to the desired Offer response, select a status value.
