Get your access to the MyEngage Portal, your hub for exclusive marketing material, newsletter subscriptions and product updates . You will also find there all things related to your contracts, installed products, usage and Marigold contact persons.
Contact your CSM to add yourself and your team members.
Once you have access to the MyEngage Portal, get automated updates on system maintenance by subscribing to these emails directly in the MyEngage Portal, from your profile preferences.
Stay up to Date on new Releases and Features
Stay up to date on new features and releases by regularly checking the newsfeed in the online help. Anyone can access the knowledge base through the ? mark in the application or by accessing it directly through the following url: getstarted.meetmarigold.com/engage.
The online help is also your starting point for more information on features. Here, you will find knowledge articles as well as video material.
