Supported Moments
Following is an overview of all the different types of Moments supported by the platform. Templates are grouped per type.
Abandon Templates
Cart Abandon — Tracks when a cart has been left untouched for a specific amount of time, resulting in an abandoned cart journey being launched. Information on the items in the cart can be passed on to the Moment and can be used for personalization and targeting.
Booking Abandon — Tracks when a booking has started but not completed within a given time frame. Information can be passed on about the booking ID and Name, as well as the content of the booking.
Survey Abandon — Tracks when a survey has been started, questions have been answered but then not completed. Information can be passed on about the ID and Name of the survey, as well as the elements in the survey, such as category and subcategory.
Game Abandon — Tracks when a game has been started and played, but not completed. Information can be passed on the ID and Name of the Game, as well as the items in the game, the category, subcategory, etc.
Browse Abandon — Tracks when a visitor's browsing of the website is stopped, and includes the products viewed and the categories and sub-categories visited.
Configuration Abandon — Tracks when the configuration of a car, trip, couch, ... has been interrupted.
Connection Templates
Welcome — Tracks when a visitor signs up for your website, webinar, game, program, newsletter or event. A welcome message is sent out. Information about the type of signup (event, webinar, program, newsletter, website, game) can be sent along with details on the category, such as Finance for a newsletter, Annual Customer Event for the Event signup.
Goodbye — Tracks when a visitor unsubscribes for your website, webinar, game, program, newsletter or event. A goodbye message is sent. Information about the type of cancellation (event, webinar, program, newsletter, website, game) can be sent along with details on the category, such as Finance for a newsletter, Annual Customer Event for the Event.
Post Purchase Feedback — Tracks when a purchase has been made for a fixed list of products or services. A post purchase message is sent to the buyer.
